The concept of a Mastermind Group first appeared in Napoleon Hill’s classic book Think and Grow Rich.
Hill wrote about the Mastermind Principle:

‘A coordination of knowledge and effort, in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose…No two minds ever come together without, thereby, creating a third, invisible, intangible force which might be likened to a third mind’.

The aim of the Mastermind Group, based on Dr Joe Vitale’s The Secret to Attracting Money program, is to provide support for its participants. The group usually comprises between three to six people, who choose to meet once a week in order to support each other in achieving their dreams. Each individual will be taking turns in talking about what his or her goals are regarding money. Members will support each other with information, ideas and resources in order to help participants attract more financial prosperity.

Dr Vitale’s principle of the ‘results-focused individual’ has made The Secret to Attracting Money program  a very practical one, filled with up to date and often easy to implement advise which we will make use of during our group meetings.

Some of the subjects he touches on are as follows:

*The five steps formula to attract money in any economic climate, starting by re-programming one’s own mind for success.

*How to learn to recognise where the poverty consciousness conditioning is coming from in order to chose to avoid it.

*Where to find the best reasons to give to one’s own mind in order to get it to gladly accept and start attracting any kind of wealth.

*How to create business opportunities, while doing what you really love to do.

We have found that this kind of group tends to work best when each participant comes from a different line of work. In order to create a successful group, one that will be beneficial to all participants, it is important to make sure that there is compatibility within the scope of the group. This is achieved by getting the right members, which is why there will be an assessment process where potential members will be first screened by way of a one-to-one meeting in order to determine his or her suitability to join that particular group.

They will then be invited to take part in one of the meetings as a guest, in order to see if there is any synergy between that person and the other participants.
